The iEcho E64-6 Oscillating Knife Blade is an extra-long flat oscillating blade designed for deep cutting applications on iEcho digital cutters and flatbed CNC cutting machines. As a reliable iEcho replacement cutting blade, the E64-6 oscillating knife blade is suitable for thick corrugated cardboard, corrugated plastic, foam board, and felt.

With a 125 mm blade height and a maximum cutting depth of up to 114 mm, this extra-long oscillating knife blade delivers straight, clean, and stable cuts in bulky and high-density materials. The dual cutting angle of 6° / 88° allows sharp penetration at the entry point while maintaining excellent vertical stability throughout the oscillating cutting process.

Manufactured with a 1.00 mm thick flat oscillating blade structure, the iEcho E64-6 blade provides high rigidity, reduced vibration, and minimal blade deflection during continuous production. The flat 1 mm blade mounting ensures full compatibility with iEcho oscillating tool heads, allowing quick and easy blade replacement on iEcho digital cutting machines.

This oscillating cutter blade is widely used in packaging production, display and signage manufacturing, POP/POS applications, and foam board processing, where extra-long oscillating blades for thick materials are required.
